Senior Pricing Analyst - Remote

Toast is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team. The Pricing team is responsible for setting pricing and packaging strategy across Toast’s software, hardware, and services offerings. In this role, you will own analyses to evaluate deal unit economics and support pricing strategy decisions. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential.

In Short

• Analyze and evaluate unit economics of deals (e.g., CAC, payback estimates) and make recommendations to Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success leaders
• Set measurement approach, create dashboards, and extract insights for pricing/packaging initiatives to support pricing strategy leads in formulating pricing/packaging recommendations for executive audiences
• Conduct research to inform pricing and discounting strategy recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years driving analyses in a pricing, marketing, product management, strategy consulting, finance, operational, or similar role
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; strong structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset; experienced balancing multiple projects to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of comfort with data analysis using spreadsheet software and data visualization software; experience writing SQL queries
