• Lead the Insurance Product Management team at Branch.
• Focus on product development, innovation, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, and Claims teams.
• Manage P&L and develop profit-focused product strategies.

• Build strong internal processes for effective product management.
• Contribute to leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Work in a fully remote environment with occasional in-person meetups.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory entities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines product management.
• Proven leadership skills with effective influencing ability.
• Expert knowledge of P&C insurance and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Graduate degree and/or CPCU preferred.
