In Short

• Manage the design, filing, and implementation of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with outside counsel, consultants, and regulatory agencies for compliance reviews.
• Support expansion into new states by developing and modifying products.
• Translate product needs into clear business requirements for developers.
• Oversee workflows within policy administration systems and third-party integrations.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend changes.
• Analyze loss patterns and market forces to inform pricing strategies.
• Partner with leadership to recommend product enhancements.
• Provide guidance on premium and loss data collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance product management.
• Experience with new state and market product launches.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and underwriting.
• Hands-on experience with policy administration systems like Duck Creek.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPCU preferred.
