Overview

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of US financial institution/banking experience.
• Management/supervisory experience in compliance role a plus.
• CAMS qualification (a plus).
• Entrepreneurial attitude and experience with a rapidly growing start-up.
• Effective project management skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to defend Novo’s interpretation of applicable law.
