In Short

• Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and construct the conceptual model and data flow processes.
• Communicate data architecture to development teams.
• Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards.
• Partner with team members and cross-functional partners to support business processes.
• Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements.
• Work with offshore team to develop/deliver BI dashboards/reports.
• Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality.
• Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to liaise with technical teams and interact with internal clients.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven track record in data architecture and dashboard development.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
