In Short

• Work directly with our Customer Support team to enhance user journey.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing support or sales role.
• Strong understanding of financial products and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and web-based applications.
• Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
