Senior Director, Product - Head of Property Management - Remote

• Drive the vision and execution for all products related to property management.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for efficient scaling and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant product solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation in product offerings.
• Mentor a team of product managers overseeing the property management portfolio.
• Ensure product compliance with legal, security, and privacy requirements.
• Present product plans and performance to executive leadership.
• Foster a data-driven product approach for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products.
• Experience in real estate, property management, proptech, or relevant SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with modern product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of property management processes and SaaS business models.
• Background in user research and UX design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
