In Short

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for product management at BetterHelp.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making and innovative thinking.
• Work collaboratively across Product, Design, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Define and track key success metrics for product performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging technologies.
• Drive product governance and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Promote a user-centric approach to product development.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
• Travel to the Mountain View, CA office up to three times per year.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong portfolio of successfully launched products.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellence in quantitative analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
• Operational experience in planning and execution.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Enjoys staying updated with tech trends and customer needs.
