• Primary point of contact for property owners in the short-term rental division.
• Foster strong relationships while educating on STR strategies and performance metrics.
• Utilize market data and pricing tools for property underwriting and insights.
• Guide owners on capital expenditure priorities and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal property performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Stay informed on local regulations impacting short-term rentals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management or property management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market data and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SFR asset management and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with major OTA platforms affecting STR performance.
• Ability to manage multiple owner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
