Head of AI - Remote

Overview

As Head of AI you will lead a centralized team of ML/AI engineers and data scientists to build the latest and greatest features and capabilities for customers to use. You will collaborate deeply with product teams and commercial leaders to build AI and ML solutions grounded in consistent architectures that have proven repeatability with customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Proven track record in deploying AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Background in probability, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
