Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or AI.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience with production AI systems.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with AI/ML stacks and tools.
• Database expertise in traditional and vector storage.
• Familiarity with observability tools and cloud platforms.
• Passion for AI and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills.
