Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager in the Platform Engineering Group at Taxfix, your mission will be to define and champion the concept of "Platform as a Product." You will ensure our platform capabilities are robust, scalable, and developer-friendly, enabling teams across the organization to deliver customer value efficiently.

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Platform Engineering group.
• Act as the primary advocate for "Platform as a Product".
• Partner with DevEx, Cloud & SRE, Data Platform, and Product Security teams.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of platform initiatives.
• Communicate the value of the platform to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background or experience with engineering teams.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making approach.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.
