Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Analyst within the FP&A team, you'll have the freedom to work from home or our modern office, being responsible for strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis of actuals vs. benchmarks, and creating financial reports for stakeholders.

In Short

• Prepare and monitor business, liquidity, and budget planning
• Support in creating financial presentations for board meetings
• Manage financial planning processes including customer acquisition and OpEx planning
• Generate monthly financial reports for stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic decisions
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders
• Drive financial acumen and reporting processes
• Work with the data team on financial dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar financial analyst position
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups, consulting, or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital business models
• Familiarity with customer cohorts, lifetime value, and marketing ROI
• Confidence with financial statements and accounting principles
• Data analytics experience and SQL knowledge are a plus
• Previous experience with Pigment is a plus
