Flight tests of our technology demonstrator validate dramatic reduction in fuel burn and allow a sizeable improvement in cabin comfort. In Short

• Expense reimbursement and invoice processing using Ramp and QuickBooks.
• Vendor setup and tax classification in financial systems.
• Daily cash reconciliation of cleared transactions.
• Review of corporate credit card expenses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP.
• Support finance transformation projects.
• Develop understanding of business and accounting practices.
• Implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with Ramp, QuickBooks, ERP systems preferred.
• Four-year degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Financial analysis skills including variance and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to improve financial procedures.
