Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Stream Data Centers finance team is responsible for the controllership of each data center location as well as corporate expenses. We work closely with our business partners and internal teams to forecast and manage revenue, operating, and capital expenses.

In Short

• Report monthly spending and forecast commitments.
• Review and approve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable items.
• Provide analyses on anomalies or changes in the portfolio.
• Build and audit capital draw reporting for partners.
• Drive planning cycles using corporate goals and data.
• Work closely with property accounting on accruals.
• Partner with operations leaders to achieve financial goals.
• Lead improvement activities for monthly reporting processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Familiarity with Yardi, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Comfort with P&L and Balance Sheet concepts.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
