Overview

Stream Data Centers is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator, Construction to assist in managing the administrative responsibilities required on data center deployments, focusing on financial transactions and documentation.

In Short

• Manage project documentation and financial transactions.
• Coordinate business process support functions.
• Ensure compliance with vendor financial transactions.
• Prepare and track invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Verify insurance certificates for compliance.
• Assist with project audits and closeout documentation.
• Facilitate project coordination and staff meetings.
• Support Project Leads with additional duties as needed.
• Work closely with Financial and Project Controls teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Knowledge of documentation control and invoicing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to exercise diplomacy in collaboration.
• Flexible in job assignments and responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and knowledgeable in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
