Overview

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator to join TR's Programs x Long Term Recovery team! The Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator will plan and oversee all activities to achieve building production goals, producing cost estimates, creating scopes of work and schedules, reviewing plans, and vetting and recommending vendors and subcontractors.

• Plan and oversee all activities related to achieving building production goals.
• Produce cost estimates via Xactimate and schedules via Procore.
• Manage project costs and monitor trends.
• Solicit bids and manage sub-contracted work.
• Provide periodic project site visits for compliance.
• Foster contractor relationships for project bidding.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Flexible work schedule with remote options.
• Temporary assignment until the end of 2025.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in construction project management or business operations.
• Experience in relationship management with local governments and nonprofits.
• Knowledge of residential construction and building codes.
• Experience with Critical Path Scheduling methods.
• Ability to work in matrix managed environments.
