Intersect Power is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Construction Team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on clean energy projects.

• Support the Construction Team with project coordination.
• Assist in permitting, environmental, legal, engineering, and project finance.
• Manage multiple utility-scale projects simultaneously.
• Review and track regulatory documents and project commitments.
• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop trackers and dashboards for project visibility.
• Attend meetings and track action items.
• Support project closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret permitting and contractual documents.
• Experience with environmental compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
