Transactional Paralegal - Remote

Overview

As a Transactional Paralegal at Intersect, you will support a variety of financing and strategic transactions that are crucial to advancing renewable energy and data center projects, working closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Support complex transactions including documentation for debt and M&A.
• Organize and manage documentation for financing deliverables.
• Facilitate closing processes and manage execution of documents.
• Drive efficiency and collaboration within the Legal team.
• Maintain transaction status reports and tracking tools.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and senior paralegals.
• Prepare and coordinate construction loan draws and related deliverables.
• Conduct UCC searches and manage corporate filings.
• Enhance internal processes and workflows.
• Communicate complex information effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal, preferably in renewables or finance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Adobe.
• A collaborative mindset and sense of humor.
