Overview

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an ambitious Transactional Paralegal with corporate transaction and healthcare experience to support multiple attorneys in a dynamic department.

In Short

• Assist in preparation and filing of corporate documents.
• Draft internal documents such as operating agreements and bylaws.
• Support corporate attorneys in preparing acquisition documents.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Manage and track progress for all acquisition transactions.
• Monitor and review transactional documents.
• Compile closing binders and circulate to necessary parties.
• Conduct legal research on healthcare laws.
• Provide administrative support to General Counsel.
• Maintain legal memoranda on regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Extensive legal research experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent analytical skills for legal research.
