Overview

As the Paralegal at Private Health Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our legal operations as we build and scale a company serving patients facing serious and complex needs.

• Establish a streamlined system for tracking contracts.
• Implement and manage a licensing compliance program for clinicians.
• Streamline PHM legal operations.
• Manage contract administration and maintain a modern contract database.
• Track clinician licensing compliance.
• Draft basic contracts using templates.
• Review and prepare vendor contracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and review employment-related agreements.

Requirements

• Professional paralegal and contract administration experience.
• A Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to function independently without close management.
