Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to our legal department under the direction and supervision of corporate counsel. They will assist with document preparation, management of legal document flow, filing, mail processing, and other administrative work as assigned. This position requires exceptional detail-orientation in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Assist with and maintain the corporate contracts queue, and other supporting Legal queues.
• Coordinate with other legal team members and appropriate internal clients to obtain information and track important deadlines.
• Assist with document flow management, including copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing).
• Assist the legal team with meticulous editing and processing of documents, including contract templates and standard forms.
• Timely intake processing of requests, related mail, and drafting of routine correspondence and documents.
• Assist with corporate governance related filings and tasks.
• Other administrative support, as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training, preferably in a legal/law firm or corporate office support role.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience working with SaaS agreements and technology transactions.
• Strong organizational and process driving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
• Meticulous detail orientation and perfectionistic mentality, with ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.
