Regional Director, Client Engagement - Remote

Overview

The Regional Director, Client Engagement, will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. This position will be remotely based.

• Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
• Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers
• Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s services and software
• Create a sales strategy for current clients to upsell additional services
• Identify and contact healthcare organizations to win their business
• Develop strong relationships with current clients
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
• Navigate and communicate with all levels of healthcare leadership
• Educate prospective organizations about Aya's services and software
• Generate leads through various channels and strategic planning

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the staffing industry is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years as a top performer within business development is required
• An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
• Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
• Proof of selling enterprise level staffing programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
