Regional Director, Network Engagement - Remote

Overview

The global Teach For All network is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to support a diverse group of network and prospective partner organizations in the Asia Pacific region. As the Regional Director, Network Engagement for APAC, you will steward Teach For All engagement with 5-7 of the region’s partner organizations and prospective partner CEOs, working to build and deepen relationships and collaborations across the region, and to accelerate impact and learning across your portfolio of CEOs and partner organizations.

In Short

• Support a portfolio of current partner organizations and prospective partners.
• Co-create and manage annual partnership plans.
• Build relationships with partner organization CEOs.
• Share insights and provide support to partner organizations.
• Attract new sources of talent and funding.
• Facilitate meaningful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of work experience, including 5 years in the Asia Pacific region.
• Experience in multiple country contexts.
• Prior experience with network partner organizations.
• Experience in building effective partnerships.
• Visionary and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional relationship building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
• Collaborative and flexible working style.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
