Regional Director - Remote

Overview

The Regional Director works with hospital and PMC leadership to implement and manage multiple Intensive Outpatient Programs while maintaining a culture of kindness and accountability.

In Short

• Must reside in North Dakota Region, but can work remotely.
• Salary: up to $100,000 / year.
• Directly supervise Program Directors within the designated region.
• Implement and manage Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Monitor financial accountability and success of programs.
• Lead and coach programs through regular communications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and training.
• Partner with hospital leadership for staff development.
• Travel required up to 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in leadership and mental health preferred.
• 4-10 years of management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and maintain a company car.
