• Part-Time position every other Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm CST.
• Initial training conducted onsite in Nashville, TN.
• Position primarily remote after training.
• Responsible for gathering clinical and administrative information.
• Verify insurance and schedule intakes.
• Support families during the intake process.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in community education activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in providing care to adolescents preferred.
• Experience with administrative or clerical duties.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of community resources for adolescents.
