We are seeking a part-time HR Coordinator who is organized and empathetic, ready to handle HR tasks for our Canada and U.S. teams, ensuring smooth people processes and employee support.

In Short

• Manage HR operations for Canada and U.S. employees
• Own the onboarding and offboarding experience
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
• Schedule interviews and support recruitment logistics
• Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
• Support culture initiatives and engagement surveys
• Generate reports and assist with compliance tracking
• Partner with the HR Director on employee experience projects
• Ensure smooth communication within the team
• Be a reliable and detail-oriented member of the People & Culture team

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or Administration
• 3 years of experience in HR or People Ops
• Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. employment standards
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter mindset
• People-first attitude
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Bilingual in French and English
