Overview

As an FP&A Manager at Chainalysis Government Solutions, you will play a critical role in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In Short

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models
  • Provide actionable insights through variance analysis
  • Develop executive reporting decks for leadership and board meetings
  • Collaborate with Accounting for month-end close processes
  • Conduct margin analysis to optimize business performance
  • Drive program management of planning milestones
  • Translate strategic goals into operational and financial plans
  • Track and improve unit economics
  • Ensure alignment with parent company’s finance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Hands-on knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience building board slides accurately representing financial positions
  • Strong communication skills to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance if required
