In Short

• Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
• Provide periodic updates to the strategic long-term financial model, including ARR, revenue, expense, and cash flow projections for executive leadership and the board of directors.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts; and prepare variance analytics against forecasts.
• Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support, budget-to-actual feedback, ensure effective cost management and maintain financial discipline.
• Represent finance on cross-functional teams supporting company-wide initiatives.
• Support sales/revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support initiatives such pricing, margins, cost-benefit analyses, new business lines or other business modeling.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers (KPIs) to incorporate into monthly commentaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical/reporting role.
• Expertise in creating and updating complex three statement long-term financial models.
• Innate curiosity, desire to learn and solve problems.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and solve complex problems.
• Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
• Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other cloud-based platforms.
• Financial and business acumen to see and communicate the “what” and “why” behind the numbers.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships and collaborate with executive and stakeholders across the organization.
