FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

As part of Finance Global Business Support, we are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead company-wide financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a global organization with diversified revenue streams across software licensing, professional services, and SaaS.

In Short

• Lead the global consolidation of financial results.
• Own the annual budget, monthly forecast, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure alignment with IFRS standards.
• Prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting package.
• Partner with business leaders to drive accountability and optimize spend.
• Build and refine financial models and dashboards.
• Drive system and process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop a high-performing global FP&A team.
• Serve as the main liaison with the parent company for financial planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS revenue and cost accounting.
• Experience managing global financial consolidations and budget processes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in ERP systems, forecasting tools, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading remote or hybrid international teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Fluent in English; comfortable working across cultures.
