FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in complex financial modeling, optimizing resource allocation, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Perform detailed variance analysis on financial forecasts and budgets.
• Leverage SaaS expertise to identify inputs that drive KPI performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or related roles.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling scenarios and M&A due diligence.
• Proven ability to create and analyze complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
