In Short

• Lead financial planning and analysis in a growing fintech environment.
• Build and maintain annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze credit performance and translate trends into actionable insights.
• Support whole-loan sales and prepare analytics for deal closings.
• Produce monthly financial packages and KPI dashboards.
• Build cash-flow forecasts and monitor compliance.
• Select and implement FP&A tools and automate data processes.
• Evaluate new products and lead strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or similar roles.
• Deep modeling skills with loan-level cash-flow concepts.
• Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Experience with FP&A or BI systems.
• Excellent communication skills for non-finance audiences.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a bonus.
