The Manager, FP&A at BlueCat plays a crucial role in providing financial support and analysis across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals while driving insights that optimize performance.

In Short

• Provide financial support and analysis for Sales and Marketing organizations.
• Develop revenue forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist in the design and analysis of sales compensation plans.
• Analyze marketing spend and optimize customer acquisition costs.
• Monitor profitability of Professional Services projects and analyze costs.
• Forecast customer renewals and analyze churn rates.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for various teams.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting for consistent financial reporting.
• Utilize financial planning tools and CRM systems for accurate forecasts.
• Mentor junior analysts and act as a steward of company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, MRR, and CAC.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial tools like Pigment and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Motivated to mentor junior analysts.
