Overview

As a Solutions Consultant at BlueCat, you will deliver deployment, integration, and optimization services for LiveAction products, leveraging your networking expertise to enhance customer agility and operational resilience.

In Short

• Deliver world-class deployment and integration services for LiveAction products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
• Install and configure LiveNX and LiveWire in various environments.
• Maintain network telemetry and optimize performance.
• Lead design workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams for troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor operations staff.
• Contribute to professional services methodologies.
• Engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with multi-vendor networking (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Advanced networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and VPNs.
• Familiarity with QoS and application flow analysis tools.
• Experience with Linux and hybrid/cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication systems and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with scripting and REST API integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
