Overview

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers post-sale, ensuring customer success and satisfaction through collaboration with various teams.

In Short

• Provide exceptional post-sale support to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology partners.
• Conduct customer trainings and workshops.
• Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement creative solutions to customer challenges.
• Provide foundational SEO guidance for digital performance.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and updates.
• Collect and share insights to shape product direction.
• Influence product improvements through cross-team collaboration.
• Travel up to 20% for on-site customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical aptitude to learn and support APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience in a similar role at a technology or software company.
• Understanding of the cannabis industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
