Overview

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Kustomer sales cycle, focusing on enhancing customer service experiences.

In Short

  • Work closely with sales teams and product management.
  • Evangelize Kustomer platform value to customers.
  • Conduct business requirements assessments.
  • Develop technical sales strategies.

  • Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
  • Manage customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  • Influence new product development.
  • Handle sensitive personal data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM and Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Traveling may be required (30-50% of the time).
