Overview

As a Solutions Consultant at Alto Software Group, you will play a critical role in customer success and retention, acting as the key link between our product and our clients to maximize the value of our software solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs.
  • Guide legacy clients through a smooth transition to the Alto platform.
  • Conduct regular health checks and deliver value-driven workshops.
  • Identify triggers for potential upsells and new business opportunities.
  • Diagnose system issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role like Technical Consulting.
  • Strong track record in consultative methods.
  • Solid understanding of Alto CRM and related products.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with the estate agency sector is advantageous.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
