In Short

  • Drive and support the technical sales process for enterprise customers across the EMEA region.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and tailored solution designs.
  • Translate customer needs into Bloomreach value propositions.
  • Support RFP submissions, proof-of-concepts, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Combine technical & functional expertise with business acumen.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in Digital Commerce or related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and modern sales frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years client-side experience in retail/brand commerce.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with pre-sales methodologies such as Demo2Win or Great Demo!
  • Fluent English, UK-based.
  • (Bonus) Proficiency in German or French.
