Overview

The Associate Director of PMM - Platform & Partnerships will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Bloomreach’s platform and partner ecosystem, ensuring customers understand how our data foundation, AI capabilities, integrations, and tech partnerships differentiate us.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy roles.
• Strong storytelling ability for technical concepts.
• Experience with big launch events and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with martech, personalization platforms, and AI.
• Proven leadership skills with team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with executives.
• Understanding of APIs, data warehouses, and integrations.
• Experience in partner marketing and enablement.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
