• Join the GTM Operations team as a Solutions Consultant.
• Bridge customer needs with platform capabilities.
• Engage with customers to understand healthcare delivery challenges.
• Translate insights into product requirements and prototype solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams.

• Work with modern development tools and SDKs.
• Document learnings and contribute to team knowledge.
• Own parts of the solution lifecycle independently.
• Shape customer delivery strategies and drive platform expansion.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career in relevant fields.
• Interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex contexts.
• Comfort with SDKs, APIs, and event-driven design.
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and rapid learning ability.
• Experience with product requirements and technical specifications.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Prior customer-facing experience in a technical role.
