Senior PPC & Performance Marketing Contractor - Remote

Overview

Alto is seeking a senior-level PPC contractor to accelerate our paid performance and support our in-house Paid Media Lead. You’ll bring strategic depth, landing page know-how, and paid channel expertise to test, scale, and sharpen our performance marketing engine across search and social.

In Short

• Initial 3 month engagement with 20-30 hours per month
• Own campaigns end-to-end from account structure to tracking integrity
• Audit and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns
• Rebuild or restructure campaigns using SKAGs and audience segmentation
• Collaborate to fix underperforming PPC landing pages
• Set up or enhance Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking
• Develop and test LinkedIn ABM campaigns
• Provide weekly insights on CPL, CVR, MQL quality, and SQL conversion
• Increase MQLs from paid search by 20–30% within the first 60 days
• Deliver revamped landing pages for top campaigns

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record of improving MQL-to-SQL efficiency
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of attribution limitations
• Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Data-driven but customer-obsessed
• Bonus: experience with PropTech or vertical SaaS businesses
