In Short

• Lead end-to-end execution of demand generation projects across channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns based on marketing goals and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI, and continuously test and optimize.
• Manage physical and virtual events to reach targeted audiences.
• Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Deliver regular reports with actionable ROI insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experiment-driven and pragmatic approach.
• Proven track record of executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with B2B digital marketing tools and CRMs.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
