At xorlab, we’re looking for a skilled and creative Product Marketer to join our Zurich-based Marketing team and help us protect organizations against the growing number of phishing attacks and evolving communication-based threats.

In Short

• Shape and execute our go-to-market strategies for email security products.
• Lead the launch and messaging of new product features and updates.
• Conduct market research and develop customer persona profiles.
• Craft customer stories that resonate and build trust.
• Analyze competitors and trends through research and testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Support demand generation with targeted content.
• Enable sales teams with impactful tools and training.
• Manage a rich content calendar across the buyer journey.
• Identify success metrics and measure results to maximize performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B product marketing or related roles in tech.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to convert complex topics into engaging content.
• Proven experience in product launches and sales support.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub experience appreciated.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
