Overview

In Short

  • Manage your own sales pipeline from lead identification to contract closure.
  • Handle qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
  • Proactively engage target customers and develop new leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos at all levels of the client organization.
  • Create tailored offers and negotiate contract terms.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Document and analyze sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in direct sales of software solutions, ideally in IT security.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills, familiar with long sales cycles.
  • Experience identifying and targeting complex buying centers.
  • High self-motivation and a results-oriented work style.
  • Familiarity with B2B and enterprise sales in the DACH region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region, with a mix of remote and on-site work in Zurich.
