Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Manager in the Meta Ads field.
• Excellent German skills (C2), English is a plus (minimum B2).
• Confident and transparent communication skills.
• Solid experience with Meta Ads; knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build sustainable client relationships.
• Proactive and structured approach to work.
• Continuous learning mindset regarding marketing strategies.
