Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand business needs.
  • Resilience and persistence in following up with prospects.
  • Excellent time management and self-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in communication.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required with practical experience.
