Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Consultant at Achievers, you will engage with clients to deliver impactful product demonstrations and provide best practices to ensure successful adoption of our employee recognition and rewards software.

In Short

• Connect with Account Executives to strategize deal priorities.
• Meet with prospective customers to clarify requirements and customize demos.
• Recommend best practices to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with various teams to relay client insights.
• Respond to complex RFI/RFP questions using product expertise.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Travel 25-50% for in-person presentations.
• Lead pre-sales activities and manage client expectations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a solution consultant in a software company (SaaS preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Workday, Microsoft, UKG, SAP.
• Knowledge or experience in the HR industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to C-suite executives.
• Self-starter with initiative to drive results.
• Ability to convey technical components to diverse audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing, IT, or professional services is an asset.
