Overview

As a Manager in the FP&A team at Oura, you will play a critical role in delivering analytics and insights to leadership, overseeing revenue forecasting, and driving revenue strategy.

In Short

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to drive revenue strategy.
  • Lead revenue reporting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and expand the revenue forecasting model.
  • Manage tools and reports for streamlined forecasting and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP in revenue reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance Systems teams for system enhancements.
  • Deepen understanding of membership revenue dynamics.
  • Influence executive decision-making and present insights.
  • Foster employee growth and development within the team.
  • Operate strategically while being hands-on as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
  • 3+ years in a revenue FP&A function.
  • Experience with consumer goods revenue forecasting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
  • Ability to present financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and integrity.
