• Serve as the primary legal advisor on FDA and global health compliance.

• Manage Oura’s privacy team to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Develop and oversee the company’s ethics and compliance program.
• Implement corporate compliance policies and training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulators and industry groups.

Requirements

• Expertise in FDA frameworks for digital health products.
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance programs.
• Experience with HIPAA/HITECH and GDPR compliance.
• Ability to develop scalable compliance frameworks.
• Leadership experience in managing compliance teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Legal degree and relevant experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience with anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
