Manager, FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Manager, FP&A role at PlayStation Studios Finance is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes within the organization, contributing to global consistency and collaboration with various teams.

In Short

• Manage the monthly global consolidation reporting process for Studio Business Group P&L.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting for PlayStation Studios and Sony Headquarters.
• Perform variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting.
• Manage internal governance for title reviews and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for alignment.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management; Master's or CPA preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with OLAP tools like IBM Planning Analytics, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience in the video game or entertainment industry is a plus.
